Our Independent Assessors

The accreditation shall be conducted by independent assessors, who are locally based senior healthcare practitioners, medical doctors, and clinic operators trained to provide a supportive and objective third-party assessment of a healthcare organisation’s systems, processes, and facilities and offer consultation on the quality journey progress.

The assessment will be jointly conducted with an Australian based senior assessor who will be virtually present during the assessment, with the exception of hospital and CoE accreditations, where senior assessors are required to be physically present for the audit.

The team has advanced industry experience, both internationally and locally, with strong knowledge of the healthcare accreditation framework, quality improvement standards, and best practices. Each assessor is carefully handpicked and trained by ACHS International against an ISQua EEA accredited program.

Information obtained by our consultants and assessors is used for the assessment of your healthcare operations. All information about your organisation is confidential and GHQIA is bound by this agreement with our members. The GHQIA team signs a confidentiality statement on appointment.
